A booking can only be made once all parties are happy after the meet and greet of fur babies, and once you’ve filled out the Dog Boarding Form.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your dog boarding booking, please let us know as soon as possible:
- Cancellations made before the start of the booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total boarding price.
- Cancellations must be made by phone (email or message, thereafter).
This policy helps cover reserved space and lost bookings.
